Homeowner Information We Collect

When you fill out an estimate request or callback form on NC Crawlspace Pros, we collect information such as your name, telephone number, email address, property ZIP code, homeowner status, and reported crawl space issues.

How We Use Homeowner Information

We use submitted contact information to match your estimate request with participating independent crawl space contractors serving your area. By submitting a request, you consent to being contacted by NC Crawlspace Pros and matched service providers regarding your inquiry.

NC Crawlspace Pros Application and Google Ads API

NC Crawlspace Pros also operates an internal market-planning application for authorized administrators. An administrator may connect an NC Crawlspace Pros Google Ads account using Google OAuth so the application can access the Google Ads API. Homeowners do not need a Google account or Google Sign-In to use our education, estimating, or contractor-matching services.

Google Data We Access and How We Use It

The Google Ads API authorization scope can permit access to the Google Ads accounts selected by an authorized administrator. NC Crawlspace Pros uses that access only to request keyword ideas, historical search-volume estimates, competition indicators, and related account context needed for keyword-planning requests. We use these results for internal market research, crawl space educational-content planning, and North Carolina service-area coverage planning.

We do not use this authorization to create or edit advertising campaigns, change billing settings, build homeowner advertising profiles, or match homeowner leads with contractors. Google account and Google Ads data is not sold, rented, disclosed to participating contractors, used for personalized advertising, or used to train artificial-intelligence models.

Google Data Storage, Security, and Retention

OAuth credentials and any retained Google Ads planning results are restricted to authorized NC Crawlspace Pros operators and protected with access controls appropriate to the application environment. OAuth credentials are not exposed in the public website or shared with homeowner leads or service providers.

We retain OAuth credentials only while the connection remains authorized and is needed for the internal application. Planning results are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the market-planning purposes described above, after which they are deleted or aggregated so they are no longer associated with an authorized Google Ads account.

Revoking Access and Requesting Deletion

An authorized administrator can revoke the application's access at any time through the Google Account permissions page. Administrators may also request deletion of stored OAuth credentials and associated Google Ads data by contacting [email protected].

Google API Services User Data Policy

NC Crawlspace Pros' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data Protection & Privacy Contact

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect submitted data. You may request data updates or removal by contacting [email protected].
