Official Application Information

NC Crawlspace Pros

NC Crawlspace Pros

Internal Google Ads market-planning application

NC Crawlspace Pros is an internal business application used by authorized staff to research regional demand for crawl space services and plan educational content and service-area coverage across North Carolina.

Who uses the application

Access is limited to authorized NC Crawlspace Pros administrators. Homeowners can use our public education, estimating, and contractor-matching services without signing in with Google or connecting a Google account.

What the application does

Authorized administrators use the application to request Google Ads keyword ideas, historical search-volume estimates, competition indicators, and related planning metrics. These results help identify crawl space topics of interest and geographic areas where additional educational resources or contractor coverage may be useful.

Why the application requests Google data

An authorized administrator connects an NC Crawlspace Pros Google Ads account through Google OAuth. The Google Ads API authorization scope can permit the application to view and manage the Google Ads accounts selected by that administrator. NC Crawlspace Pros uses this access only to request keyword-planning data and the related account context required for those requests.

The application does not use the authorization to create or edit campaigns, change advertising budgets or billing settings, create homeowner advertising profiles, or match homeowner leads with contractors.

Data handling

  • Google account and Google Ads data is restricted to authorized NC Crawlspace Pros operators.
  • It is not sold, rented, or shared with participating contractors.
  • It is not used for personalized advertising or artificial-intelligence model training.
  • OAuth credentials are retained only while access remains authorized and needed for the application.

Control and revocation

An authorized administrator can revoke access at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Administrators may also request deletion of retained OAuth credentials and associated Google Ads data by emailing our support address.
